Why Freewire Broadband?
Freewire Broadband is your PURE alternate route for perfect redundancy. Freewire Broadband practices what we preach...multiple upstream providers on both sides of the river, multiple RF Licensed paths via dozens of access points from Woodland Wash. to South Salem Oregon ensuring complete RF redundancy within our intranet, and a dedicated backup connection on a local fiber sonnet ring thus; completing our pure redundant requirements. A simultaneous quadruple catastrophic failure may interrupt your service. Does your current provider have RF redundancy?

What services does Freewire provide?
Freewire Broadband is the last mile. To be able to claim this, Freewire Broadband engineers Licensed and Unlicensed RF solutions for Point to Point private network connections and/or Point to Multi-Point circuits for multiple locations. The sweet spot is connections between a T-1 and a DS3. 10, 15, 20 and 30Mb connections to the Internet or private (W)LAN circuits are provisioned in days. Connections above a DS3, be it Licensed or Unlicensed are regularly engineered and are provisioned generally within 10 days.

What advantages does Freewire have over the CLEC or LEC?
Freewire Broadband has built its network from the ground up, in today’s market with today’s technology and with today’s needs in mind. We are not retro-fitting a network buried 50 years ago and leveraging old assets with out-dated equipment. We have built an IP-based network that allows us to provision circuits in a fraction of the time it takes the telephone company to build the same circuit. We quote installations in days and weeks not months. Furthermore, we own our network; we don’t lease it from our competition. We are responsible for your entire experience and have built our organization around treating you the way a customer deserves to be treated.

How does the speed and reliability stack up in this marketplace?
Freewire’s speed and reliability are unmatched up traditional telecommunications companies. We have a Service Level Agreement that can not be touched by our competition and we are proud of it. We don’t bury it in our contracts with pages of stipulations and clauses. We advertise it on our website and invite you to challenge it. Furthermore, our investment in Fixed Wireless Technologies allows us to provide services at a fraction of the price of terrestrial carriers. This brings enterprise-grade and higher circuits to businesses still working towards reaching the enterprise level.

How do I integrate Freewire internet services into our (W)LAN?
Freewire Broadbands’ network is built natively on IP, the protocol of the internet. We can deliver Internet and private LAN services effortlessly from all of our points-of-presence. Our customers simply connect to our equipment via Fast Ethernet or Gigabit Ethernet.

How is the connection engineered?
Each individual customers’ needs are thoroughly analyzed and their future growth is taken into account Freewire Broadbands’ engineers then take this information and determine the best possible equipment that will provide the performance needed within the customers budget. The end solution will be highly reliable, and provide speeds that exceed the customer’s expectations. Freewire is wireless done right, nothing less than the best is accepted.
