Beyond the initial installation, Freewire is charged to be a reliable, valued service provider at your properties. Freewire is focused on not only being a valued partner to our customers, but our host Property Managers as well. Freewire key to this partnership is a mutually agreed upon “Roof Rights” Agreement. Highlights to be discussed with each individual Property Manager include:

  • Coordinated Access to Equipment between Freewire and Property Security Personnel

  • After Hours Emergency Service Plan

  • Installation Expectations

  • Rights of First Refusal of other Rooftop Equipment that may interfere with Freewire services

  • Co-location of Freewire Interior Equipment in Telco Room(s) & Risers

  • Interior Wiring Requirements and Preferred Sub-contractors
