Freewire is focused on not only being a valued partner to our customers, but our host Property Managers as well. Freewire key to this partnership is a mutually agreed upon “Roof Rights” Agreement. Highlights to be discussed with each individual Property Manager include:
- Coordinated Access to Equipment between Freewire and Property Security Personnel
- After Hours Emergency Service Plan
- Installation Expectations
- Rights of First Refusal of other Rooftop Equipment that may interfere with Freewire services
- Co-location of Freewire Interior Equipment in Telco Room(s) & Risers
- Interior Wiring Requirements and Preferred Sub-contractors
